It is mandatory for all guests to show an identity proof (passport for foreigners) at the time of check-in. Please do ensure that you carry this with you.
Reservations must be cancelled 2 weeks in advance of your arrival date for 100% refund of the advance payment. In the event of a no show, the advance payment shall not
be refunded.
We take pleasure in serving you food inside the cottages. Guests are requested to have their meals in the sit-out area. Any damage to the upholstery and furniture due to
food and beverage spillages is recoverable from the guests. Personal food and beverages are strictly not permitted in the premises.
Meal Timings are as follows:
Morning Breakfast: 9:00 am to 10:00 am
Lunch: 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm
Evening Snacks: 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Dinner: 9:00 to 10:30 pm
Tea/ Coffee will be served along with morning breakfast and evening snacks. Apart from these, if any additional tea/coffee is required then guests are requested to make use
of the tea/coffee sachets provided in the villas.
Drivers /Maids meals will be charged extra and their accommodation in dormitory is subject to availability.
No pet policy ! - We love pets, however we follow a strict no pet policy as pets can cause disturbance to our other guests.
Pilot Visits ! - We do not entertain guests who would want to check out our property without prior appointments.

Nature is beautiful. Let us keep it clean and beautiful by not littering. Also kindly refrain from plucking fruits and flowers from the orchards.
This is an agro resort and away from the city .We have taken best efforts to provide electricity to our guests but incase of power cuts and breakdown we do not guarantee
non interrupted supply due to limited back up.
Packages are inclusive of pre-planned meals. We make best efforts to cater to any special requests, however being away from the city, the fulfilment of the same is
limited.
Kindly contribute to our efforts in conserving energy by making conservative use of water, electricity and by ensuring to switch off the air conditioner while going out
of the villa.
Palmwoods Retreat reserves the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance, annoying other guests or staff or is behaving in an unacceptable
manner.
Palmwoods Retreat reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of
drink or drugs, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.
Guests shall comply with all reasonable rules and procedures, including but not limited to health and safety and security procedures and statutory requirements as to
registration.
The guests are requested to take care of their own valuables property and belongings, and the Palmwoods Retreat shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft
for the same.
